During my teaching career I taught 1st grade for 5 years, 2nd grade 9 years, a 1st and 2nd multi-age classroom for 7 years, and I was the RTI Math Teacher for k-5th grade for 7 years.
I have been married to my husband Gene for 25 wonderful years. We are proud parents of a 21-year-old daughter named Maggie that will be graduating in the spring with a degree in education. I have always loved teaching children and knew from a very young age that God was leading me into this profession. I am more than excited about joining the CHA family and look forward to a great school year.
"As a Christian teacher, I want to do more than just inspire my students to love academics. I also want to make a real and lasting impact on their lives. I feel my mission is to help my students grow in character and wisdom. When I see Christ working directly in their hearts this will be my greatest joy!"
